If I would like to return a product, how do I do this?
Contact us to discuss and arrange the return or exchange of a product.
If my products arrive and they are damaged, what do I do?
We will ensure that your products are packaged securely before mailing them, to minimise any possible damage caused in transit. You are not responsible for your purchase until it arrives. In the unlikely event that an item arrives with apparent damage, please contact us immediately to arrange to have the item returned and another sent out.
Can I return an unused item?
Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full refund. Goldilocks Online Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly suggest you insure any returns, for your protection.
Please note - postage fees are not refundable.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Goldilocks Online Pty Ltd delivers its products via Australia Post.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the time the order is received, plus up to another 5 working days for Australia Post regular parcel delivery service. If a product is not in stock or not available, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the product status and the expected dispatch date.
